Why Sesh Therapy?

Sesh Therapy is a women-owned tech startup that offers accessible, diverse, and culturally informed support for all people, including specific support spaces for womxn, BIPOC, queer and gender non-conforming folx.

Their mission is to help everyone have access to mental health support, and they believe in the power of peer groups. I'm totally down with that.

You get a 7 day free trial. Their prices are affordable. They offer scholarships/discounts for people who are financially unable to join but have the desire for support. I'm also into that.

As a facilitator, I find their business model and practices to be transparent, safe, and appropriate to offer another way to support my clients aside from individual sessions.
