Philly Geek Therapy gives you choices about how long of a medication appointment you want and (often) how frequently we need to meet. You are welcome to have your own therapy provider if you want. I love collaborating with other providers.
I've been a clinical social worker for more than 20 years, so therapy is a nice home base for me. Whether you need help navigating daily stressors or creating a crisis plan to help you stay alive, I'm here for it.
